In this way, the consolidation of a team throughout a paintball game proves to be one of the best team-building activities. This new approach combines the thrilling experience of a paintball game with the facilitation of an educational adventure.
Better than skinning rabbits!
It is very hard to organise an event that will be the first choice of everyone in a group. In an average group of thirty, ten people will be up for anything, ten people will not want to do anything too physical and the ten in the middle will be influenced either way. For this reason overnight survival exercises on the side of a mountain skinning rabbits will be a fantastic experience for some, but not a good idea for a typical team. Campaign Corporate days are extremely popular because they appeal to the widest possible audience.
How the Events Work
First, we will look at the desired outcome. Your goals may be to simply to build a stronger team and enhance customer service. Our facilitators will then gain an understanding of the dynamics of the group and work toward achieving group understanding and trust in each other. Then we will move on to the activities and group challenges that will help reach the desired outcome.
